Hamleys Play Rules & Regulations

For an accident free experience, we wish to lay down a few ground rules and conditions for the safety of our children:

• All children must be below 130 cms.
• Any sharp objects like hairclip, pen, buckle, jewellery, coins etc. should be removed before entering Hamleys Play.
• To minimize any risk of personal injury, children are encouraged to wear trousers or leggings.
• To maintain safety and hygiene diaper changing is not permitted inside Hamleys Play.
• In the event that a child needs to leave Hamleys Play, the parent/guardian is responsible for taking both the children along with themselves. Therefore all leave Hamleys Play together.
• Please look after your personal belongings. The management will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of any personal belongings.
• To maintain safety and hygiene, please remove shoes and wear socks.
• To avoid slips, trips, falls and to maintain cleanliness, food and beverages are NOT allowed in Hamleys Play.
• To avoid accidents through collisions, slides should only be used to slide down and NOT to be used to climb up.
• Only one person allowed at a time in the slide.
• For the safety of all guests, destructive or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. Any guest displaying such behaviour will be requested to leave.
• For the safety of everyone, person appearing to be sick or unwell will not be allowed admission inside Hamleys Play.
• For the safety and security of all, any sharp or dangerous object will not be permitted inside Hamleys Play.
• The management reserves the right of admission in case of non-compliance of rules and regulations.
• The management will not be held responsible for any loss, theft or injury inside Hamleys Play.
• To further maintain safety, all children & parents/guardians must adhere to any instructions given by the staff at all times.

Membership :

• Play Area Membership is valid for 1 month from the date of purchase.
• Membership is valid for one child only, non-transferable, non refundable and cannot be paused for any reason.
• Please make sure you call the store one day prior to book your slot.
• Entry to Play area is subject to in-store rules and regulations which are subject to change without prior notice.
• Hamleys Play is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged membership cards.
• Membership grants entry across all Play area at Hamleys stores.
• The play area will be unavailable during private events & exclusive birthday parties.

By signing-up for the Summer Camp, the parent consents to the terms mentioned afore.
