Welcome to the Young Performers Studio!
Somewhere between a jungle roar and a curious whisper, your child steps into the world of The Jungle Book this week. Through character walks, mask-making, storytelling, and play, every session builds towards a joyful finale performance on Friday—with families there to watch it all come to life.
Every session includes 1 hour of guided theatre with Aparna followed by 1 hour of free play at Hamleys Play, with all activity materials thoughtfully included- because great learning deserves a great celebration!
How the Week Unfolds
- Session 1 — Meet the Jungle — Character Walks brings the story to life as children embody jungle animals through movement and voice, building confidence in expression.
- Session 2 — Creatures of the Wild — Playdough Animals turns imagination into form, as children sculpt animals and create a shared 3D jungle scene together.
- Session 3 — Faces of the Jungle — Animal Mask Making blends art with performance, as children create masks and step into their characters.
- Session 4 — Jungle Breaking News — Animal News Channel adds a twist, with children becoming reporters and presenting jungle stories, building confidence in speaking and collaboration.
- Session 5 — The Grand Mowgli Show is the grand finale, where children perform their own retelling of The Jungle Book for families, bringing the week together in a joyful celebration.
What Your Child Will Take Away
Five sessions of exploring, expressing, and performing, and your child walks away with far more than stage experience. Confidence, public speaking, creative expression, teamwork, fine motor skills, and a natural stage presence that stays long after the performance ends.
