Welcome to the Young Performers Studio! 

Somewhere between a roaring lion and a curious explorer, your child will step into stories that come alive all around them. Hamleys Play brings a week of storytelling, movement, and drama where the ball pit, jungle gym, sand pit, and slide transform into a magical stage—each day unfolding a new world, new characters, and building up to a joyful showcase performance by the end of the week.

Every session includes 1 hour of guided theatre with Ritika Shah Doshi , followed by 1 hour of free play at Hamleys Play, with all activity materials thoughtfully included- because great learning deserves a great celebration!

How the Week Unfolds

• Session 1 — Welcome to WonderPlay Land: Imagination Begins: Children step into a magical story world through storytelling, freeze-and-react games, and a ball pit treasure hunt—building listening skills, imagination, and their first connection to character play.
• Session 2 — The Jungle Gym Quest: Movement & Character Play : Through obstacle challenges and guided roleplay in the jungle gym, children explore how the body, voice, and movement bring characters to life.
• Session 3 — Secrets of the Sand Pit: Discover & Create 
  Children dig, discover, and imagine in the sand pit—working together to build their own stories and present a shared narrative as a group.
• Session 4 — The Great Slide Escape: Create & Rehearse : Using the slide as their stage, children create short skits, practice voice expression, and rehearse their stories, preparing for the final performance.
• Session 5 — Dress-Up & Story Showcase: Perform & Celebrate :The curtain rises as children dress up, perform their stories, and celebrate a joyful finale with parents—building confidence, expression, and pride in their performance.

Meet the Educator: Fable Street 

Fable Street Education is a progressive edu-space with nearly a decade of experience, offering Trinity College London-aligned programmes in Speech & Drama, Creative Writing, and Communication. The institute delivers curriculum-led learning through theatre, storytelling, and activity-based pedagogy to build expression and performance skills.

Founded by Ritika Shah Doshi — an educator with 12+ years of experience. Fable Street has impacted 20,000+ learners and works with leading institutions including Bombay Scottish and JBCN International, integrating global, play-based, and inquiry-driven approaches into its programmes.
