Learning Outcome:
1) Skating Basics: Posture & Balance
Students develop correct skating posture, weight distribution, and wheel control as the foundation for safe, confident skating.
2) Forward Movement & Control
Forward skating technique including push-off, gliding, and maintaining balance while in motion is developed through progressive drills.
3) Stopping & Turning Skills
Stopping, turning, and directional control are introduced step-by-step, building the confidence to navigate independently.
4) Coordination & Spatial Awareness
Body coordination and spatial awareness are developed through activities that challenge balance, agility, and movement control.
5) Discipline & Confidence Building
Students develop physical discipline and confidence by committing to a structured daily practice and tracking personal progress.
About the Facilitator
JPS Skating And Roll Ball Academy is a training centre known for teaching skating and roll ball skills to kids and adults. The academy is run by Mr. Jayprakash Singh, a national coach and technical official in roll ball and skating sports, who is also the main coach and trainer of the academy.
