Super Speakers, by SkillSphere Education, is a structured and personalized public speaking and soft skill development course for children aged 8 and above. Backed by SkillSphere’s acclaimed 3D Learning 

Model (Develop – Disseminate – Display), the program combines theory, practice, and real-world application to build communication confidence in children.
Program Overview: 24 Structured Sessions. Each Super Speakers course spans 24 one-on-one sessions, which can be scheduled daily, weekly, or fortnightly—based on your child’s comfort and availability. 

Here's how it's structured:

Session 0: Orientation & Goal Setting
•    Initial meeting with trainer, student, and parents
•    Understanding student needs, strengths, and goals
•    Setting a personalized learning roadmap

Sessions 1–6: Core Concepts of Public Speaking
•    Getting comfortable with speaking
•    Voice modulation, body language, and expression
•    Engaging in activities and games
•    Learning foundational speaking techniques

Sessions 7–18: Skill-Building & Format Practice
These sessions focus on hands-on learning and skill enhancement through diverse speaking formats:
•    Storytelling and elocution
•    Show & tell and descriptive speaking
•    Debates and group discussions
•    Presentations, impromptu speeches, and TEDx-style talks
Each session includes real-time feedback and practical challenges to sharpen speaking abilities.

Sessions 19–24: Capstone Project – Bringing it All Together
•    Students apply everything they’ve learned by preparing a final project
•    Choose from a TED-style talk, presentation, debate, or MUN speech
•    Final project is presented to an audience (parents and guests), showcasing the learner’s journey and growth
