Set-up Requirements

• Stable internet connection for online sessions.
• Laptop/Desktop/Tablet with working audio and video for online sessions.
• A quiet, well-lit space with a study table and chair.
• Required materials for the session will be advised, as specified upon registration.

Safety

• A caretaker/adult must be present throughout the session, particularly during hands-on experiments.
• Please share any allergies, medical conditions, or relevant concerns in advance so we can plan accordingly.
• Child safety is a top priority, and we take every reasonable precaution during sessions. That said, CKIPL cannot be held responsible for any injury to a child or adult during a session.
• Materials for the session should be handled carefully by both the child and the accompanying adult.
• Children must follow the educator's instructions while conducting experiments and activities.

Payment and Scheduling

• Fees are non-refundable. We offer a single-session trial so that a session can be experienced fully before signing up for more.
• Session dates, once confirmed, cannot be changed.
• CKIPL is unable to offer makeup sessions or rescheduling for missed sessions or absences, as sessions are specific to individual topics.
• Group sessions will be conducted as per the confirmed slot.

Online Session Etiquette

• We request that the child's video camera remain on for the full duration of each session.
• The child should join the session on time with all required materials ready.
• The child should participate from a quiet space with minimal distractions.
• Parents/caretakers may assist the child with materials but are encouraged to allow the child to complete the activities independently.

Content and Intelelctual Property

• All curriculum, worksheets, experiment details, activity instructions, and other materials shared during sessions are the intellectual property of CKIPL and may not be copied, recorded, reproduced, or shared further without our authorisation.
• We kindly ask that no photos, screenshots, audio, or video recordings be taken of any part of a CKIPL session without prior authorisation.
• Photos taken by CKIPL during sessions may be used for marketing and social media. If you'd prefer we don't, please let us know at contact@curiositykidsindia.com
