Founded by Anansh Prasad, an Ivy League Alumnus from Cornell University, Skillsphere strongly believes in introducing sustainable soft-skills like communication, critical and design thinking at the right age- when children are mouldable and impressionable. They have worked extensively with 450+ schools across India and the Middle East, training over 2.5 lac students over the years. Their Model UN initiatives are hence directed towards training students to excel in Model UNs through procedure and simulation training, but more importantly, to hone their skills in essential areas through activity based sessions that follow SkillSphere's 3D Model- a perfect blend of theoretical, practical and experiential learning.
About the Workshop
The LEAD Programme (Leadership | Entrepreneurship | Awareness | Diplomacy)
SkillSphere Education's flagship skill-building programme for children aged 7–10. LEAD uses a highly experiential approach — blending theory, hands-on practice, and reflection — to develop the essential skills children need to thrive in the 21st century.
What children develop:
- Public speaking, communication & confidence
- Critical thinking, problem-solving & decision-making
- Leadership, collaboration & creative expression
- Entrepreneurial thinking & global awareness
Format: 5 sessions × 1.5 hours each
The 5 Modules:
- My Real Living Avatar: self-awareness, personality, and confident introductions
- The Avengers: real-world problem-solving using the Cause–Effect–Solution framework
- Thinking in the Gaps: critical thinking through mysteries, puzzles, and logical reasoning
- Shipwreck: survival simulations that build decision-making and persuasive communication
- Million Dollar Baby: ideation, innovation, and basic entrepreneurship
Every session is activity-first: scavenger hunts, role plays, team challenges, simulations, and more - ensuring children are engaged, expressive, and learning at every step.
