Once Upon A Library is founded and owned by Nitika, an educator and passionate storyteller who envisioned a nurturing, child-friendly space where stories spark imagination, creativity, and a lifelong love for reading. Under her guidance, the library has grown into a hub for interactive storytelling, cultural learning, and joyful discovery.
About the Workshop
A thoughtfully designed 2-day Storytelling & Drama workshop where children experience the magic of stories not just by listening, but by feeling, exploring, discussing, and performing them.
Each day begins with an immersive story narration by Nitika, drawing children into rich characters, emotions, relationships, and imaginative worlds. The stories then come alive through specially curated drama experiences by Ritu that encourage movement, roleplay, creative expression, collaboration, and reflection.
Blending literature, Social Emotional Learning (SEL), and theatre, the workshop creates a safe and joyful space for children to connect stories with real-life feelings and experiences.
