About the Workshop

An exciting summer calendar filled with theatre, storytelling, podcasting, filmmaking, and creative expression programs designed to help children build confidence, communication skills, imagination, and stage presence through immersive hands-on experiences.

Hosted at Fable Street Studio, these engaging workshops encourage children to explore performance, storytelling, voice, movement, acting, and creativity in a fun and nurturing environment.

Voices Unplugged (Podcasting) | 10–14 years | 22nd – 28th June | 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM

A 7-day podcasting workshop where children discover their voice, learn storytelling techniques, and confidently share ideas by creating their very own podcast episode as the final project.

What children will explore

• Podcast creation
• Voice & communication skills
• Storytelling techniques

• Public speaking confidence

The Film Factory (Film-Making) | 10–14 years | 13th – 19th July | 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM

A hands-on filmmaking workshop where children learn storytelling, acting, shooting, and editing while working collaboratively to create their own short film from scratch.

• Film storytelling
• Acting & performance
• Shooting & editing basics
• Team collaboration
• Creative filmmaking process

Fantasy Factory (Stories & Theatre) | 7–9 years | 22nd – 28th June | 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

A storytelling and theatre workshop where children explore drama, voice, imagination, and creative expression while preparing for a confident storytelling performance.

What children will explore

• Voice modulation
• Drama & expression
• Imaginative thinking
• Performance confidence

The World of Mr Men & Little Miss | 4–6 years | 29th June – 5th July | 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM

Inspired by the cheerful world of Roger Hargreaves’ Mr Men and Little Miss, this storytelling and drama adventure encourages children to bring characters to life through playful performance, creativity, and imagination.
