Each session of the Drama Express program is thoughtfully structured to balance skill-building with creativity and fun. Classes begin with energetic warm-ups that develop voice, body awareness, and focus. Students then engage in theatre games, improvisation exercises, storytelling activities, and character exploration designed to build spontaneity and imagination. As the program progresses, participants work on short scenes, scripts, and collaborative performance pieces, culminating in a final showcase.

Students develop confidence in public speaking, stronger verbal and non-verbal communication skills, improved stage presence, and the ability to think creatively under pressure. They learn teamwork, empathy, emotional expression, and active listening. The program also enhances concentration, problem-solving abilities, and self-discipline — empowering children to express themselves clearly and confidently both on and off the stage.

Students develop vocal projection, articulation, and expressive speech through structured warm-up exercises and performance activities.

About facilitator 

Varun Vazir is a passionate theatre professional and educator who has been inspiring young minds through speech and drama for over a decade. With a strong background in theatre, Varun brings creativity, confidence, and expressive communication to every session. He has worked with some of Mumbai’s leading schools, including The Green Acres Academy, The American School of Bombay, Ascend International, JBCN, Shishuvan, and Podar International, among others. Along with his team of skilled instructors—all trained theatre makers who deeply understand children.
